This shows blurred movement as you can see the different positions
the person has been in. It reminds me of a ghostly spirit. My exposure
time was 30”.
This shows blurred movement as you can see the movement the
sparkler has made. It reminds me of love because of the infinity
sign that is visible. My exposure time was 2”.
This shows blurred movement as you can see the firework lifting off from the
ground towards the sky. It reminds me of some type of explosion. My exposure
time was 0.5”. It took me approximately 20 shots to capture this image correctly
because the fireworks are too fast to capture.
This shows blurred movement as you can see both the dominoes standing and
falling. It reminds me of buildings toppling down. My exposure time was 0.5”. It
took me a while to get this image because I had to keep knocking down the
dominos to get the effect.
This shows frozen movement as I have captured her doing a knee jump in the
air. It reminds me of gymnastics. My exposure time was 1/200. It took me a few
shots to get this right as we weren’t in sync with each other. For example I
would press the button on the camera but she wouldn’t jump.
This shows frozen movement because you can see the flame pointing in a
different direction. It reminds me of Diwali as candles are lit during that festival.
My exposure time was 1/200. I had trouble with this one because sometimes
the wind was too strong, therefore the candle would blow out.
This image shows frozen movement as you can see
individual drops of water in mid air. It reminds me of heavy
rain during winter/autumn. My exposure time was 1/200.
This image shows frozen movement as I have captured both my
brother and the ball in the air. It reminds me of my childhood because I
used to play football all the time. My exposure time was 1/800.
