ABBREVIATED NIT For and on behalf of Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, e-tenders areinvited under dual cover system (Technical & Financial Bid) by theChairman, State Level Purchase Committee, Animal HusbandryDepartment, J&K, Jammu (Directorate of Animal HusbandryDepartment, Jammu) from the original manufacturer/ National/Inter-National Companies of Repute and Genuine registered firms possess-ing valid authorization of principals for fixing the Rate Contract for theyear 2015-16 for supply of various Sera and Vaccines on terms and con-ditions given here under. The tender documents can be downloadedfrom the "https://www.jktenders.gov.in" website or can be purchasedagainst non-refundable amount in shape of Bank Draft. The tendershould reach in the Office of the Director, Animal HusbandryDepartment, Talab Tillo, Jammu/Director Animal Husbandry Department,Gowkadal, Srinagar ( Kashmir) by or before 03.11.2015 upto 4PM. Thetenders shall be opened by the State Level Purchase Committee, AnimalHusbandry Department, Jammu and Kashmir in the Office chamber ofthe Director, Animal Husbandry Department, Talab Tillo, Jammu in pres-ence of tenderers who wish to be present on 07.11.2015 at 11.00 AM.

Sera & Vaccines1/- The earnest money of Rs. 40,000/-(Rupees Forty Thousand Only), inthe shape of CDR/FDR from any Nationalized Bank/Scheduled Bank(preferably J&K Bank Ltd) having validity not less than 12 monthspledged to the Member Secretary, State Level Purchase Committee,Animal Husbandry Department, J&K, Jammu (Accounts Officer,Directorate of Animal Husbandry Deptt, Jammu) should be enclosedwith the documents without which the tender shall be rejected, incorrect-ly pledged CDRs (i.e. if not pledged to Member Secretary) will not beconsidered. No Cheque, Cash, Bank Draft will be accepted in any caseas EMD. The CDR/Security Deposits of previous years if any, lying withthe department will not be considered for this tender. The CDRs of un-successful tenderers shall be released in due course of time while theCDR's of successful tenderers will be retained till successful completionof Contract. Successful tenderers have to deposit additional securitymoney equal to 5% of the total value of the supply order in the shape ofa CDR/FDR. In case of failure to make the said deposit, an equivalentamount on this account shall be deducted from the running bills payableto firm and kept withheld in the shape of CDR, which shall be releasedon receipt of supply in full and satisfactory test report of samples. Nointerest will be paid by the Department on such security amounts. TheSSI Units of J&K State shall furnish the CDR as earnest money with theTender Documents as per the latest Government Orders in vogue. 2/- The tender fee has been fixed Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five HundredOnly) and the tender documents along with terms & Conditions will beavailable on website https://www.jktenders.gov.in as well as for sale from14.10.2015 to 03.11.2015 up to 04.00 P.M. in the office of Director,Animal Husbandry Jammu and Director, Animal Husbandry Gaw kadal,Srinagar(Kashmir) on all working days during working hours againstcrossed Demand Draft favouring Member Secretary, State LevelPurchase Committee, Animal Husbandry Department, J&K, Jammu(Accounts Officer, Animal Husbandry Department, Jammu) payable atJammu. The tender fee is non-refundable. The intending tenderers whodownload the complete set of tender documents along with terms & con-ditions on website will have to pay the prescribed fee before submissionof tenders by Demand Draft. The local SSI Units are required to pay thetender fee as per the standing Government Orders. Tenders without ten-der fee shall be out rightly rejected. 3/- Original Tender documents shall be received at the Directorate ofAnimal Husbandry Department, Talab Tillo, Jammu/ Directorate ofAnimal Husbandry Department, Gaw kadal, Srinagar ( Kashmir) from14.10.2015 to 03.11.2015 upto 04.00 P.M. in sealed envelopes on pre-scribed tender format without any insertions/cuttings /corrections /eras-ing interpolations addressed to Chairman, State Level PurchaseCommittee, Animal Husbandry Department, J&K (Directorate of AnimalHusbandry Department, Talab Tillo, Jammu). Tenderers who wish tosubmit documents by post may mail them on any date after the publish-ing of the tender document. However, the documents must reach theconcerned office by or before 03.11.2015 upto 4PM. 4/- In case the date for receipt /opening of tenders is declared to be aholiday, the tenders shall be received opened on the next working day.

website of Service Selection Board w.e.f 11th of October2015 onwards for appearing in Objective Type Written Testto be conducted on 17th and 18th of October 2015

Through the medium of this notice, all the candidates whoare appearing in the Objective (Written) Test being conductedon 17th and 18th of October 2015, are hereby informed that,they may download their admit cards from the official website ofthe J&K Service Selection Board (www.jkssb.nic.in).INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOWNLOADING ADMIT CARDS

Visit the official website of the Board, Click on "DownloadAdmit Card for Examination on 17th and 18th of October2015." It may be noted that the candidate has to mentionhis/her examination date then his/her Name, Father's nameand date of Birth mentioned on the application form fordownloading the Admit Card. Also they can download theiradmit card from their respective user accounts.

A Complete list of applicants, who are appearing inExamination being held on 17th and 18th of October 2015, isalso available on the official website of the Board i.ewww.jkssb.nic.in.

In case, the Admit Card does not have photograph or sig-nature on it, paste a good quality photograph duly attestedby the Gazetted Officer as was pasted in OMR sheet/ on theonline application form and make sure to sign at the spaceprovided for signature; besides, such candidates shall bringsame photographs (4 nos) at the time of written test .
