Points to be observed while writing Report 1. Visuals and Figures appear within a page after they are mentioned in the text and
not before they are mentioned.
2. References should be mentioned in the text with author name & year with in brackets given
in the Reference Chapter.
3. Equations should be written with Chapter Number as shown below.
Eg (1.1) or (2.1) or (3.1) etc.
4. Figures should be given with Chapter No. (Below Figure)

5. Tables should be given with Chapter No. (Above Table)

6. References should follow the ASME/IFEE Standards.
7. Complete thesis should be in Times New Roman Font 12 size.

11. Figure titles should be below the figure and Table titles should be above the table.
12. Text should be justified.
13. Number of pages should not less than 30.
14. All the front-pages including synopsis with Roman numbering. The page number should
follow from introduction chapter. The page numbering should be centered to each page at the
bottom.
15. Page dimensions for printing. Top 35 mm; Bottom 30mm; Left 40mm; Right 25mm 16. The paper size should be A –4 with good quality.
