o What qualifies you to start such a business and why do you anticipate success?

or training present at your wash will help it grow and thrive?

o What is your marketing strategy? What is your sales strategy? What is your target

audience and how will you attract them? How will you maintain your customer base

long-term?

5. Management Strategy

How may staff will you need and how will they be organized? What training programs will

you implement? What outside services or vendors will you rely on?

How will you handle liability, security, customer complaints, OSHA requirements,

emergency plans, and damage claims?
