ACommitmenttogrowingourEnlightenedFeminineLeadershipcompetencyrequiresawillingnesstoengageourcuriosityandenlistthehelpofourcommunitytoexplorethoseaspectsofourselvesthatoperatebeneaththelevelofconsciousnessand,thatarenotintegratedintothewholeofourbeing.
Theshadowpartsofusarenotbad,butratherplacesinusthatdonotflow,donotreflectacoherencebetweeninnerandouter,betweenmental,physical,psychological,andspiritualaspectsofourselves.Theyrepresent
akindof‘arrested’development,asifsomeofourenergyisstilllivingasayoungerpartofourselves.Thisyounger,lessconsciousparttendstoattractrepeatingproblemsinmanyareasofourlives:forexample,work,personalrelationships,finances,careerchoices.
Nonetheless,withintheseshadowparts,thereisapearlordiamondofclarity,thatlongsforexpressionandintegrationintothewhole.FacingourresistancetoturntowardourshadowissupportedbyourconnectionwitheachotherinthesafetyofourEnlightenedFeminineLeadershiptrainingcontainer.
