Format
• The MBA in Executive Leadership is offered in an hybrid format• Students complete approximately 80% of coursework
outside of the classroom• Each course meets 1-3 times for an in-person session
with faculty and classmates • Classes meet at the Collaborative Life Sciences
Building in Portland• Format combines the flexibility of a full-time program
with the benefits of regular interactions with faculty and classmates
• Those taking two courses/term can earn their MBA in about 2 years
• Students can start any term • We recommend budgeting 10 hours per week, per
course for self-study and group projects

Components
• MBA Foundation Knowledge • pre-MBA coursework for non-business majors• Accounting/finance, marketing/management, sustainable business
operations, business/legal environment • Students may be able to opt out of some foundation courses if they
have received equivalent on-the-job training.
• MBA Core • Skills and knowledge every OSU MBA graduate must have• Curriculum includes coursework in Financial/Cost Analysis, Business
Law, Finance, Leadership, Business Analysis, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Strategic Management, Information Systems and New Product Development

Minimum Admissions Requirements
• To be eligible for admission, students must meet the following criteria:• Undergraduate degree
• A four-year baccalaureate degree, professional (not vocational) or equivalent degree (see OSU graduate school website for more details)
• Cumulative GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher
• GMAT (or GRE)• GMAT: total score of 500 with all subscores at/above 20% and AWA score of 4 or higher• GRE: total score of 304 with verbal and quantitative scores at/above 30% and AWA score of
3.5 or higher
• English Language Proficiency (international students)• TOEFL iBT: 91 total score with all subscores at/above 22• TOEFL PBT: 575 – separate review to assess speaking is required• IELTS: 7 or higher
• Work Experience (Executive Leadership only)• At least 2 years full-time professional work experience
• GMAT Waivers• Considered for those with a MS in a business or STEM field or those with a Phd in any field• Considered for those in the Executive Leadership track with extensive work experience and
excellent undergraduate grades
Preferred Admissions Qualifications
• GPA• 3.0 or higher in business or technical field
• GMAT (not GRE) • 600+ with strong performance in all sub-sections
