WHAT IS “VIRTUAL EMPLOYEE”?

Virtual Employee (VE) means your employee not physically located with in your own office in home country but located in offshore locations and works for you remotely under your complete control and management as if he/she is your own employee, with no employee liabilities.

FEATURES

VE is employee of service provider legally but in practice it is client’s employee.

1. Requirement AnalysisIn dept discussion with our client to ensure our complete understandingof the position & responsibilities requiredof the successful candidates.

2. Identify Prospective VEUsing our network of contacts,our database and advertisingwe start to build a list of prospective candidates.

3. Initial Screening and InterviewScreening of potential candidatesprior presentation to client. Thisstep includes in-dept evaluationinterviews, attitude 7 aptitude tests,language level assessment and problemsolving ability test

4. Presentation to clientPresentation of final candidatesis made to our client in writing via a detailed confidential reportcontaining our summary appraisalof each short listed candidate. Thisis followed by introduction of candidates to the client.
