Sleep helps your brain function properly. During sleep your brain makes a pathway to remember and learn the next day. Studies show when you get a good night sleep your brain will take up more information you learn.
How can sleep affect physical education?
Sleep helps repair blood vessels and heart. Sleep maintains a healthy balance in hormones to make you feel hungry or full. If you miss a night of sleep your chances of becoming obese will rise.
