Tis is the first o two cinematic parts based on thenovelMockingjay, the final book in Te Hunger Gamestrilogy, written by Suzanne Collins, and the third
installment in Te Hunger Gamesfilm series. It landedatop Fandangos list o most-anticipated films or 2014.Te film has received generally positive reviews. Early analysts are projecting thatMockingjay Part1could earn around $130 $160 million and as high as$170 million in its opening weekend at the box office.Fandango and Movieickets.com also reported that thefilm had the highest advance ticket sales o 2014 andaccounted or 80% o the total ticket sales that went onsale rom October 29, three weeks prior to the films
wide release Te central figure (Katniss) in Te Hunger Games, the hit sci-fi series about an oppressed peoples struggleagainst a totalitarian regime, is being evoked or real, now, in Tailand among university students expressingtheir opposition to that southeast Asian nations militaryrulers. Montana Family Foundation President, Jeff LaszloffyResponds to the Federal District Courts Decision in theRolando Case on Same-Sex Marriage
Montanas Marriage Amendment, enacted by nearly70% o Montana voters in a direct election, has just beennullified by the courts. oday 295,070 Montanavoters had their votes nullifiedby one judge exercisingwhat amounts to a super-vote. Te decision by JudgeBrian Morris to allow same-sex marriage in Montanastrikes at the heart o two
oundational institutions thathave made our state and nation truly exceptional: theballot initiative process that allows or sel-governanceby the people, and the amily. I am heartbroken or thpeople o Montana who have had the redefinition omarriage orced on them by an out-o-control ederajudiciary. I am also grieved or the children o same-sexcouples who have no chance o growing up with a momand a dad. Tis undamentally undermines the righo the people to protect natural marriage as the sacred
union o a man and a woman. While the U.S. Supreme Court may still take up theissue o the redefinition o marriage, or now the courthave settled the issue in our state. While we mourn thedirection o a misguided judiciary, were encouragedby the act that natural marriage was enshrined in 31state Constitutions, and a recent Pew poll showed thasupport or same-sex marriage has dropped by 5% inthe past 3 months. While the courts believe same-sexmarriage is a settled issue, its anything but settled in the
hearts and minds o the people. While were disappointed in the decision, we wilnot despair, we will not throw in the towel and we wilnot give up. Laws may change, but the definition omarriage as a union between a man and a woman itimeless. As Cicero once said, ime obliterates the fictiono opinion and confirms the decisions o nature. We will continue to uphold natural marriagebecause its whats best or men, women, children andour society as a whole.

An eye catcherWhoever winds up with this tree during the Festival of Treesis truly appreciative of our Veterans! A lot of love has went
into it by Ken Kautz, retired Navy man, and his wife Myrna. The tree is adorned with Kens open wood carvings whileMyrna crocheted picture frames for our local soldiers whowere killed in action. This tree has a special meaning tous, says Ken. Take it from the Buzz, ts a must-see tree andcan be viewed this Friday and Saturday at the Glasgow ElksLodge where an abundance of beautiful trees can be viewed.

Few people would arguethat around Williston thetraffic has gotten crazythe past ew years. What
most might not know, ishow crazy the traffic at theWilliston airport, SloulinField, has gotten. According to a recentarticle in the AOPA Pilotmagazine, the airportmanager said three and ahal years ago there wereonly 15,500 emplanementsper year. Enplanement is
defined as the number opassengers boarding anaircraf at an airport. Tisdoes not include arriving orthrough passengers. Last year there were96,000 emplanements, which does not includecharter flights and generalaviation flights. Flights thatrequire flight crew changeemplanements are rom
10,000 to 15,000 a year, notincluding corporate jets. Just finding a placeto park airplanes is a real
problem. It would probably bebusier i the airport hada tower, more space anda heavier built runwayand ramps. As the privatecorporation jets, generalaviation and the 30-50passenger commercialaircraf keep the place busy, the real heavy iron just
cant land there . . . yet. Anew, relocated field is likelyand among several optionsbeing looked at.~ Daniels County Leader
