This Thanksgiving Break... Celebrate time together in the kitchen, (even if it takes a little longer to get dinner on the table) and remember that with a little help, kids make great cooks (plus they love to eat what they make!)

That’s the basics, now get creative! • Add some fresh or dried herbs: parsley, thyme, oregano • Whisk in a teaspoon of Dijon style mustard • Toss in a little orange or lemon zest • Whisk in a pinch of sugar or a teaspoon of honey

Start with a little tang (2 tablespoons) apple cider vinegar • rice vinegar • lemon juice red wine vinegar • orange juice • lime juice

Add a little salt & pepper 1⁄4 teaspoon salt • 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper

2Whisk in some oil (1⁄3 cup—you can mix two kinds!) olive oil • sunflower oil • canola oil • vegetable oil

Make Your Own Salad Dressing

Haga su propio aderezo para ensalada
