NORTHRIDGE CREEK (COX) INTERNET SPEED PROBLEMS

Is your Cox Internet speed slow and/or do you sometimes have to reset your modem? You may be paying for internet speed you are not receiving. To determine the (Mbps) speed you are paying for, follow these simple instructions; 1. Look at your bill. 2. Go to “Under Monthly Services -> Internet”. 3. You will see “Download speed up to XX Mbps”. To the check the internet Mbps speed you are receiving, follow these simple instructions; 1. Go to the Cox website; www.cox.com. Login to your account. 2. Under “My Account”, click “Internet Tools”. 3. Go to “Check Internet Speed”. 4. Click on “Check Speed” (on the page that comes-up). 5. After the speed test is complete you have the option to “View Past Results”. NOTE: Cox keeps a record of all your tests. Compare the speed you are paying for with the speed you are receiving.
