SHORT TERM TENDER NOTICE

1. Sealed tenders in duplicate are invited on behalf of PSTCL from registered contractors/Firms forexecution of following works (consisting of scheduled and non-scheduled items) on through rate basis.
Rates of schedule items to be governed w.r.t. Sanctioned Premium are applicable for zone on the date
of opening of tender and those of non-schedule items to be governed w.r.t. the rates approved by
PSTCL on the basis of analysis of rates.

2. Tender documents shall be issued to only those registered class A, B & C (class l, ll & lll) grade
contractors, firms which have adequate experience of carrying out similar type of works and firms which
have GST Registration No. t
3. The bidder shall submit to this request for issue of tender specifications along with experience details,
copy of registration with PSTCL/PWD/Irrigation/Public Health/MES or any other public sector or Govt.
undertaking, list of available T&P items, copy of memorandum of incorporation of company and itsregistration with registrar of companies and income tax return filed with income tax department for the
last 3 assessment years.
a. (l) The interested contractors/Firms must submit their request for issue of tender specifications by
07102/2018 till 5.00 PM along with the cost of tender specifications by cash or demand draft in the favor
of Addl. S.E./Civil, CivilWorks Division, PSTCL, Mohalipayable at Mohaliof anyscheduled bank.
(ll) This payment is non-refundable in case of Firms/Contractors who qualified for the issue of tenderdocuments. ln case of Firms/Contractors, who don't prequalify for the issue of tender documents, half -the amount deposited against the cost of tender specifications will be refunded.
5. The tender specifications shall be issued to eligible bidders bV 07/02/2018. The detail of receipt and
opening of tenders in the offices are as given below:-
Receipt of Tenders:- 1.LlO2l2O18 up to 11.00 AM
Opening of Tenders:- 1.1./L2/20L8 at 11.30 AM
6. Tender of contractors who do not purchase the tender documents in advance shall not be received.

7. Requests for the issue of tender documents received late due to any reason including ,or,r, delays orrequest not carrying information/documents asked vide para 3 or request received through telex, fax,telegraphically shall be rejected. Conditional.requests are also liable to be rejected.
8. Rates quoted in tender shall be valid for 120 days.
9. Those bidders who have been issued tender specifications are to submit their complete tenderdocuments on or before the last date mentioned above along with fixed earnest money of Rs. 8000/-(Eight Thousand Only). For more details on earnest money, tender documents may be referred.
10. Notwithstanding anything state above, the competent authority reserves the right to assess thebidder's ca[abilities and capacity to execute the contract satisfactorily before deciding on issue of tenderdocuments and even afterwards for deciding about awarding the work.
11. ln case last date of receipt of request for issue of tender documents, Receipt and opening ofcompleted tenders happens to be a holiday, the receipt and opening will be carried out by/on the nextworking day up to/at the same time.
