THE BIGGER THE GOAL IS;THE MORE MOTIVATEDTHESE PEOPLE ARE.
BUT, WHAT ABOUT THE ENVIRONMENT AND ITS IMPACT ON MOTIVATION?

SO ARE SOME MANAGERSAND ENVIRONMENTS
They are expectations extinguishers
THEY ARE DREAM EXTINGUISHERS.THEY ARE MOTIVATION EXTINGUISHERS
UNFORTUNATELY, THESE MANAGERS ONLY KINDLE HARMFUL FIRES AND DO NOT EVEN KNOW HOW TO PUT THEM OFF. WHO WOULD CONTINUE WORKING FOR THEM OR WITH THEM?
