TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. The received tenders will be opened by the Tender opening committee before the related person/ agents of firms on said date up to 3: 00 P. M.
2. That due to non-receipt of the tenders on 08 th May 2014. The tender will be recovered on 13th May 2014 and lastly on 20th May 2014 up to 2: 00 P. M which will be opened on the same day at 3: 00 P. M before the contractor or authorized person.
3. The offer must remain valid for acceptance for 120 days from the date of opening the successes tender.
4. The tender so approved, the successful contractor shall be bound to supply the requisite items in the specified time; otherwise the related material will be purchased after completion of the legal proceeding at the risk and cost of the failure.
5. The conditioned tender or accompanying the cross cheque or without accompanying the Bank call deposit or Demand draft on A/c of the earnest money will not be entertained before the tenders opening committee.
6. The Company will be bound to abide the rules and regulation of SPPRA along with the specified terms and conditions or directions of the related higher authorities as well as decision of the tenders opening committee.The announcement letter of successful bidders with justification for acceptance or rejection will be affixed up to 10 days on the center’s notice board. The tenders opening committee having reserve the rights to accept of any tender or reject of all tenders without assigning any reason whereof.
All payments will be accepted in the form of demand draft in favour of Director, National Center of Excellence in Analytical Chemistry, Jamshoro.
