The robot picks up empty trays, layer by layer, and place them on the tray conveyor to the washing machine.

The robot arranges the incoming packs or cartons on a table only 1.8 meter long. One or two robots can be used for this function.

The two robots pick up the bottles from the bottle table and position them for fitting into crates or trays. They then pick up the filled crates or trays and place them on a pallet.
Patented robot gripperThe patented Air Grip from AB Trygg makes sure that bottles are picked up with a secure hold, and controlled movements in high speeds. The gripper is light weight, and requires only a minimum of maintenance.
