If you are an existing residential customer and you choose to move to flexible pricing at the same address, you will be able to change back to your previous tariff without an administrative

charge at any time before 31 March 2015. You will be able to change back to your previous tariff, or if your previous tariff has been varied or replaced, the varied or replacement tariff. You will

have this right to change back to your previous tariff without fee provided that you remain a customer of ours, you do not move from your supply address and your meter is not reconfigured

in a way that prevents changing back. You may not have access to the controlled load (off-peak) concession if you select flexible pricing.
