This portable data collection and analysis

At less than 1.5 kg, it is also one of the lightest
and easiest to use portable data collection

CE 6.0 operating system and has many
analysis features and options make it the only

HiDACHiDACHiDACHiDAC----8888 features 256MB program memory and 1GB onboard storage
memory. In addition, an SD ram can be used to increase the storage memory up
to any available size such as 8GB or even more. This allows saving of huge
amounts of machinery information and analyses data for long periods of time
without loss and without the need to download data to a host computer.
However, the host computer provides more analysis techniques through
VAMOSVAMOSVAMOSVAMOS 5555....00000000 Machinery Management Platform.
Signals as weak as 10 µV can be measured at high accuracy due to device multi-
stage programmable amplifiers and filters. The device is fully auto-range capable
with very fast settling time due to adoption of inteli-boost technology. The 4-inclear, high contrast display provides very clear view even in intensive lighting
conditions. The device can be handheld for normal open area measurements or
through a protection bag for dangerous and harsh environment measurement.
The device is capable of connecting to any host, whether it is local or remote,
to download and upload machinery data and reports. It is provided with
Bluetooth® and Wireless LAN Connections to achieve this functionality.

One of the most
common applications is
detecting resonance
related problems in rotors and structures. Not only the
resonance frequency can be detected, but also the order at
which it occurs. The proposed device can perform these
tests and display the results as Bode, Nyquist, FFT waterfall
and Spectrogram.

shutdown analysis but the collection time is very short. It is
useful to collect data for transient phenomena for example
to identify resonance frequency or to estimate Frequency
Response Function (FRF) of a structure during impact or

HiDAC-8 offers Single and dual plane
balancing facilities with options to
calculate unbalance in the presence or
absence of trial masses. Not only the
localized masses are determined, but also split masses and
equivalent static/couple. Balancing options, vibration data,
correction masses and influence coefficient can be saved for
future review and update.

MachineryMachineryMachineryMachinery DataDataDataData can be loaded/unloaded to HiDAC-8
through a PC host. The collected data can then be
downloaded to the PC for long-term saving and/or
further analysis and diagnosis using VAMOS 5.00
machinery platform. Furthermore, machinery data can be
defined and added through HiDAC-8.
HiDAC-8 provides the ability to sample the two
channels in addition to the reference signal to obtain the
exact (not relative) orbital movement of a rotor.
