What is mindfulness? Why and how is being applied in the best organizations in the world? What are the benefits for the employees, for teams and organizations?
Through interactive lectures is possible not only to answer these and other questions, but also to perform some brief mindfulness exercises.
How to use mindfulness on a daily basis within organizations t o d e v e l o p e m o t i o n a l intelligence, productivity and well-being, particularly those who have leadership roles?
Interact ive workshops, of initiation to mindfulness based emotional intell igence, with exploratory exercises done individually and in small groups.
Emotional intelligence is a skill and , as such, mus t be cultivated in order to be fully manifested. The mindfulness based techniques are the safest and fastest way to do it.
These are programs designed a c c o r d i n g l y , a l l o w i n g participants to become more aware of themselves and others, and to really flourish!
Facilitation
With a degree in Organizational Psychology (University of Coimbra), and with specializations in areas like Mindfulness, Emotional Intelligence, Resonant Leadership, Wellness Coaching, Element-B (The Human Element) and Integral Theory, Vasco has been working for the last 10 years as a facilitator at different kinds of organizations, some of which part of the rankings Fortune 500, PSI-20 and Great Place to Work®. Using “cutting edge” technologies, delivered through different methodologies (e.g. public speaking, workshops, coaching), he fosters the flourishment of the human side of performance in leaders, teams and organizations.
At the same time, as a Social Entrepeneur at ZorBuddha project, he shares tools, technologies and knowlegde that allows people to develop their wellbeing at an integral level.
