• Introducing medi-spa programs that increase guest retention rate• Selecting ideal treatments and programs for your target market • Adopting the spa program (series and membership) philosophy• Increasing retail sales with home care recipes• Easy to follow implementation steps

This seminar covers the specific skills, behaviors and choices that can empower you to effectively make plans and achieve goals. Learn how to find and attract the opportunities and resources that will lead you to your goals. Everything you want exists—and is available! You can absolutely get to where you want to be from where you are. It is a matter of having the proper plan, resources and making good choices. Join this motivational seminar and set yourself on the path to having a greater influence on your destiny, and become more relevant to your clients in the process.

Essential oils are likely one of the most versatile, holistic and effective tools in the massage therapy and esthetics tool kit. So, why are the “facts” so skewed, conflicting and confusing? Are essential oils safe to use undiluted on the skin? Do they easily cause reactions? Should only “qualified” people be allowed to use them? Is there a quality grade system for the oils? Which essential oils are best? Make sense of these “scents,” and get the straight story from the industry’s leading essential oil specialist.
Jimm Harrison is an author, educator and consultant on the topics of essential oils, holistic beauty and scent branding. An experienced cosmetologist and expert in natural beauty, he has developed botanical nutritional skin care products and spa systems. Skin lifting during waxing sessions is more common than you think. Laynes discusses how to handle the “panic” situations that result from waxing mishaps!
