1. Use multiplication flashcards at home. Practice, practice, practice!
2. Re-read the “story of the week” at home.3. Read a book together each evening for at least
15 minutes. Discuss the characters, plot, and setting.
4. Look over the agenda together each evening. Discuss accomplishments and difficulties!
5. Have your child “teach you” something new they learned in math, science, or social studies!

class Use appropriate heading on all papers Be prepared for all classes-agenda, pencil,
paper, books, folders, & notebooks Clean out old papers from folders &
backpacks Make sure you have all supplies everyday
(check your child’s paper & pencil supply regularly- they do run out)
