Random facts:
I was born with 6 fingers in my right foot.
I sleep with a pink beautiful blanket since 16 years ago.
I’m afraid of big black butterflies.
I believe that peace and fulfillment of humandkind’s potencial is posible due to two powerfull facts: Young talent and the necessity that has
the world to change positively. I believe that the change made by young people and its
impact is powerful, one action made by a young person must change the life of one
organization, comunity, familiy, a child, a man, the whole word. Every project, exchange,
congress implemented in AIESEC and the fact to be lead by a young man power must
change lifes in diferent ways and at the same time change the reality of the world. Our vision
is real because every day more young people are coming together, as AIESEC 2015 says we
are building responsible leaders to guarantee a positive impact and we are growing giving
more experiences each year. Peace and fulfillment of humandkind’s potencial is our main
reason to work for if AIESEC continue growing and building excellent young leaders it
means that our vision is coming true every day: It´s posible.
My mission in life is be a responsable global citizen; aligned with my goal in live: Know de
world in diferents ways ( work, culture, fun, tourism, familiy) I want to learn the world
share my culture and contribute to the development of diferent cultures, communities and countries. Working for the peace and fulfillment fo
humankind’s potencial allows me to develop all the capacities as young and responsable leader that I will need to do what I want . The AIESEC
experience is a complement of my Life Project.

LEADERSHIP´
FUTURE
TO BE MCVP FINANCE AND MANAGEMENT ???
―It’s about to responsible leadership if we want to see
and live the change we wish for our society. This is
the key we must take and save in every experiencie
we live‖… This is one of the most key learning point
that I have taken and tried to life since I started my
experience in AIESEC.
During my experience in AIESEC I have been sure
about my dreams, challenges and my AIESEC Life
Project , for that I decided to learnt as much I could
about finance management, team management,
social responsability and leadership, these four
competences define my profile to apply and be the
next MCVP F&M of AIESEC in Colombia. It does not
matter enough about my skills or competences it
matters because I want to continue with the
sustainable growth of AIESEC in Colombia, guarantee
responsible leaders for the society and challenge
myself. Be MCVP F&M in Colombia has been a
dream, I have worked, I have grown, and I have taken
a lot of experiencies and knowledge, now it’s time to
share them and to give them for all the network and
the next generations before and after AIESEC 2015.
My academic experience is based on management
focused in finance management, strategic
management and process management. I’m a
student of tenth semester next to start the internship
at the Gobernación de Antioquia Office of Resource
Management and Finance. With this experience I’m
sure about my professional growth and skills
development that will strengthen my academic and
AIESEC experience. My profesional experience
outside AIESEC is defined by costumer service, I had
the opportunity to work at Biblioteca EPM, this
opportunity allowed me to be awared about the
important of service and CRM. My expirience in
AIESEC during these 3 last years have gave me an
holistic visión of the organization because I had the
opportunity to be part of finance local team of
AIESEC EIA , NFT in 2011, oGCDP Exhange
participant in 2011 in Brazil, LCVP F&M of AIESEC EIA
in 2012 and LCP of AIESEC EIA in 2013, plus NFT
Coach currently. With this powerful experiences I
understand and I have learnt enough about finance
management. Due to this I am aware of our
financial reality, the main challenges, changes to be
implemented and approaches to take into account.
According to my experience during these 3 years,, there
are some relevant and important achievements that
impacted the growth of AIESEC
1. As LCVP F&M of AIESEC EIA it was possible to
consolidate a sustainable culture in all the process at
the same time that we were growing in terms of
liquidity ,that means we guaranteed the sustainable
growth for next generations at local level
2. As exchange participant found myself in different
levels, I could live in a dififcult conditions and learnt
about fundrising and social responsability
3. As LCP I could leave a local committee with a strong
organizational culture, sustainable in its processes
and with a considerable growth in the programs
4. During my NFT experience I understood and got
the importance of a holistic vision, as well I could
improve the accountability process in all the
network
5. To live three years of to much learning has
changed my life in a sucessful way,
impacting lifes positively is the major
achievement that I had could get

Our plan to sell 500 IGIP TNs. This plan will be defined according to AIESEC in Colombia Organizational development strategy, the BD expansion research work in the different local
committees and the IGIP strategic plan in local committes focused on support, the idea is build a colaborative network where almost or all committees can sell and grow in IGIP. AIESEC
in Colombia is divided by foru regions: (North, west: center and south) these regions also are part of the economic growth of Colombia that means the opportunity that every LC
could has to grow in IGIP and contribute to fullfil this goal. Due to this every region could combine forces and create strategies In order to reach new markers and create new products.
The new products were defined according to the international supply and the economical growth by each sectors and segments.
New products: Egineering solutions and Exlpore Colombia .
500 IGIP TN´s Sell Plan of AIESEC In Colombia 2014
Our reality and projections. Colombia since the last 7—8 year has shown and lived an interesting general economic growth: new opportunities in foreing direct investment, opening
and development of new economic sectors, decrease in unemployment retes and improve foreing trust. Nowadays Colombia continues growing like never before, we can see how
our economy year per year changes in a positive way, in 2013 the GDP rate growth seems to be almost 4.5% and for 2014 has positive prespectives as well the new International tride
agreements have been invcreasing, which means more opportunities to grow for some economic sectors and the society in terms of education, health, employment, and of course,
new challenges: improvement in infraestructure , a better coverage and quality in education, social and political balance in order to be competitive in all posible contexts. This implies
to an AIESEC in Colombia thinking bigger, it’s a big opportunity to grow, spand and impact in more economic sectors through our IGIP product and new ones.
According to the new positive perspectives, the profitability of the sectors, the internationalization and them sells, the potential sectores that will allow the growth in IGIP for 2014 and
next years are: Oil , gas and mining, construction and Energy, TICs. Manufacture Industry, tourism, retail trade , wholesale business and (services in: health finance and insurance).
Work by Zones, combine forces in a collabortive network
But, which strategies will approach us to achieve this big goal?
Internal Strategies
Taskforce per regions lead by the MC and NSTs, working by zones will help to do a good tracking and take advantage of all opportunities of the
region. Also, to guarantee sellling each region the talent process recrtuitment needed to be more efficient
Investments in IGIP as much as we can in terms of iprocess improvement, and the approach to the markets,a well , the creation of R&R System per
regions
Educational training: the task force will be trained by NST of BD or IGIP, we have to keep in mind the new entities in each zone and their training as
well, by the others local committees. All entities must know their markets and segments .We must take adventage of OES and Nomadas programs
External Strategies
- Public relations in order to get the approach in different markets, it means go to congress, business conferences and special event of each sectors
- Define new and more productos according to the segment growth prospects and the supply. Engineering profiles and administrative ones
- Do BD in local committes, there are many companies that are around Colombia and are part of Natioanl segmentation, doing that AIESEC In
Colombia will have more sell opportunities and then more sales done.
The success of these estrategies
depend only of work made by MC–
NST– Regions—Local Entities, as well of
the products defined per each market
segment. A good market research
made in each region before sell will
guarantee the growth and success of
each product
To reach 500 TN raised is work made
not only by selers is work made by a

When a organization grow in a sustainable way involve many important factors such as, a strong organizational culture, values, and the idea to grow with sustainable processes, activities and behaviors that guarantee the fullfilment of each goal. The quality also is part of this culture and at the same time the collaboration between every person and team in the organization. There are some reasons that explain why AIESEC in Colombia
does not grow and fullfil its goals in a collaborative network:
So, what are the next steps to guarantee this behavior? What are the must do that AIESEC in Colombia has to implement?
Organizational development has to improve in terms of
implementation of an organizational culture. It’s about our leaders,, our LCPs, because they are the
most important leaders that AIESEC In Colombia has, if they do not give the correct message about winning together culture, we are doing nothing
It’s unify the work per regions will give us an opportunity to grow together. Implement more collaborative programas such as Nomandas and OES.
It’s about to research an implement Globlal GCPs, of AIESEC China could be an interesting example of
organizational culture in AIESEC.
Winning Together Culture AIESEC 2015 A BIG CHALLENGE FOR AIESEC IN COLOMBIA
1. The Local Entities does not understand what is the real meaning of competitiveness , is not about to be a winner or the first one, it’s about to challenge ourselves and learn, develop ourselves, we as an organization can have competitiveness with other teams, its good but we misunderstand the real message about what is competition in our roles, this behavior prevents collaboration
2. It’s about to unity and cohesion, there is a big GAP between Local committees and Member committee, Different planning process, different goals, the local committees only take care about their goals and does not care about the national reality enough, What does it happen with this? It’s simple, there is no sense of belonging and for that we have not could reach our goals, neither the local committees.
3. Taking into account the last 2 points, the main reason for what there is no a collaborative network and we cannot reach our goals is because AIESEC in Colombia DOES NOT HAVE AN ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE enough to create a sense of belonging. If we ask for some leaders of AIESEC in Colombia what is our culture about, probably they surely do not have answers. If our network does not have a internal strong culture and values, it’s the opportunity to implement one, for example: A winning together culture.
1. Build and guarantee a strong organizational culture characterized by quality, sustainability, and
collaboration. That means our leaders in every entitie of AIESEC in Colombia will be responsable, if
AIESEC in Colombia educate in this way will contribute to reach every single goal in each process, activity
or project.
2. Expansion like never before, in all of our programas, arrive to more cities in Colombia will help us to
reach TMP and TLP program in first place, but also will hellp us to grow in OGIP, IGIP, IGCDP and
OGCDP. Brand positioning, participation in events and generete new alliances with organizations,
universities and stakeholders are part of expansion.
3. Quality Management is not only numbers, is about to guarante quality in every experience if we want to
grow with volumen.
4. Innovation and investment We need to be the best option!! So we need to
create and innovate with our programas, all programas have to implement
innovation processes in order to be more eficiente and get approach to the
market ( growth in experiences) as well doing intelligent investment
5. Professionalism We are young but we are also the future leaders in the
example , that means if we want to grow and fullfill our goals we have to
do every thing with excelence.
As we can see, these numbers—goals above show us the big challenge that AIESEC In Colombia has
been taking during the last three years and will take into the next two years in order to guarantee what
AIESEC 2015 want for Colombia.
Since 2011 AIESEC in Colmbia started a challenge call: AIESEC 2015 through the fullfilment of a big goal
that does not mean the end but means the pat, the way to engage and develop every young person in
the world. These is a big challenge that means:
1. A big opportunity to grow like never before
2. A way to guarantee our vision as organization
Even though AIESEC in Colombia has been work in fullfil this goal, there is stil many changes and work
to do. To december 31 of 2013 AIESEC in Colombia had to achieve more than 26.567 experiencies, but
actually we acvhieved 23.767. It means that we have a GAP of 2800 experiences to reach plus the 2014
and 2015 ones. Therefor IGIP, IGCDP, OGIP, OGCDP, TMP and TLP program have a big pat to walk full
of changes, innovation and sustainability.
But what does it mean in terms of operationes in each programs, in organziational development? What
are the mileston and succesfull factor that will help us to reach AIESEC 2015 and then our vision and
BHAG?
