• To monitor and evaluate the progress in meeting the goal(s) and objectives of the strategic plan
• To complete an annual report to the school community about the progress of the plan

• Advocates for LMP• Sounding Board for LMS• Link between LMS and other faculty members• Link between LMS and the broader community• Assists with evaluation of LMP• Assists with conducting needs assessments• Assists in developing LMC Long-range plans• Facilitates program implementation• Assists with preparing end-of-year report
LMC Planning• LMCAC should assist the LMS in strategic planning for
the LMP (others may be added at the invitation of the LMS)
• Planning includes– Collection development– Funding– Scheduling– Program development and implementation– Program evaluation
Evaluation• The LMCAC should assist the LMS in preparing a
final report to the administration and school community to include (but not limited to)
– Progress made on implementing the strategic plan– Status of collection– Results of LMC evaluation– Proposed revisions of goal(s) and objectives for next
year
