IntroductionMatt Purcell’s practice focuses on a variety of litigation issues including medical malpractice, professional liability defense, personal injury defense, and commercial litigation. Matt also has experience in advising clients through governmental investigations and institutional changes, including proposing policies and procedures to guide interactions with, and responses to, law enforcement personnel.
Prior to joining the firm, Matt served a clerkship with SCM and also served as a judicial extern to Utah District Court Judge David N. Mortensen.
