This year started off a little bit crazy with Leslie Schafer retiring from the Cudas and Coach Angela and Coach Kim taking over as co-head Coaches. I would also like to thank Amy Peredo and Laura Firchow for coming back this year as Assistant coaches and our intern Coach Kathy O’Neil. I would like to thank Coach Leslie for all of her help this year. She will be greatly missed by all of the Cudas. Over all we had a great season with five very spirited team captains who did a great job bringing the Cuda spirit to the team. They thought of a great theme this year which was, “Don’t Stop Believing” which fit our team. At finals we had 133 swimmers participate and a total of 393 total races were swum with our team alone. We had 175 improved times at finals and 99 swimmers improved their times on one or more events. I would like to thank all of our parents who volunteered their time at swim meets with out you there would be no Creekside Swim Team. Have a great school year and we can’t wait to see you next season.

Rental Manager Report: The issue regarding the returning of deposits after rentals are completed in a more timely fashion was dis-cussed by the Board. The Association’s bookkeeper does not recommend changing the current manner in which deposits are cashed and then redistributed to members. Kathy stated she keeps books for several Associations, and ours has the quickest return of deposits when compared to all others. The process in place helps make a clear paper trail, and it ensures a receipt of monies is completed. The process will be monitored for improvement and discussed at a future meeting.
Old business: None discussed.
New business: Four new soap dispensers and one new toilet paper dispenser are needed. Shawn will make the needed purchases.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 9:26 p.m. Minutes prepared by Shawn Francis
