Biography:Lyleisapublishedauthor,soughtafterspeakerandvaluedadvisortoleadersinministry,education,corporations,athleticteams,andnon-profitorganizations.InhisroleatIntegrus Leadership,Lyle’smissionistoequipandencouragetheleadersofleaders.Throughouthiscareer,Lyle’sgoalhasbeento“speakintothelivesthatspeakintolives.”Hisfocusisgrowinghighperformers,maximizingleaders,andmultiplyingtheinfluenceofeveryindividualheengageswith.
Lylebeganhiscareerasaneducator,servingasaclassroomteacherandacoach.DuringthistimeLyleservedontheleadershipteamsoftwonationallyrecognizedSchoolsofExcellenceandcoachedmultipleStateChampionshipathleticteams.Hethenmovedtohighereducationwherehespent8yearsasDirectorofAthleticsandHeadBasketballCoachatPalmBeachAtlanticUniversity.HisteamsatPBAwereconsistentlyrankedamongthenation’sbest,
andin2005LylewasnamedNationalCoachoftheYear.
Lyle’sministryleadershipexperienceincludesbeingSeniorPastorandchurchplanteratKeystoneCommunityChurchnearTampa,Florida,andservingasExecutiveSeniorPastortoJamesMacDonaldatHarvestBibleChapelinChicago,Illinois.
