Tour itinerary: Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

Our tour guide and driver pick you at the airport and transfer to your hotel in Hanoi. You have dinner and entertain by yourself.



Day 2: Charming Hanoi – Sapa (B, L)

You start Hanoi city tour to the top attractions of charming thousand year old capital: first, you visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and One Pillar Pagoda with unique Buddhism architecture. Then, Temple of Literature (The first University built in the 11 Century) and Ngoc Son temple with Hoan Kiem Lake.

In the afternoon, you take 1 hour cyclo tour around amazing old quarters known as 36 commercial streets and the traditional water puppetry show (only performed in Vietnam since 11 century). You walk around Hoang Kiem Lake to see daily life of Hanoi people. At 20:30, you are transferred to Hanoi Station for overnight train to Sapa.

Day 3: Sapa trekking and discover the local custumes (B)

You arrive in Laocai at 05:00 am, drive uphill to Sapa (About 1,600 meters higher than the sea level, Sapa is the former natural Kingdom for French administrators' vacations.) to check in hotel. You have breakfast at hotel. After breakfast, you visit local market and Sapa town where the ethnic people are frequently seen. It is so nice to chat with them and see their local textiles and handicraft along the street.

In the afternoon, you trek to Cat Cat village (2 km from Sapa town) to visit a cottage house of Black H’mong people to experience their lifestyle. You emerge yourself with the beautiful scenery of Sapa Valley. You go back to your hotel for overnight.

Day 4: Long trek to Lao Chai – Ta Van village (B, L)

After breakfast, you start trekking to visit Lao Chai and Ta Van villages of Black H’mong and Dzay ethnic minorities. Enjoy breath-taking landscapes of terraced green paddies. You talk with friendly local people and see them working on the field. Picnic lunch is served on the way. You are picked up by car back to your hotel and free at leisure.

Day 5: Sapa – night train to Hanoi (B)

After breakfast at hotel, you visit Ham rong flower garden with the top of paradomic view of Sapa town. You get back to your hotel to check out.

In the afternoon, you discover Ta phin Village of The red Dzao people. You can take many beautiful photos of stunning valley and their colorful traditional costume. Then, drive back to Laocai station for overnight train to Hanoi. Great feeling is made.

Day 6: Hanoi - Halong Bay with overnight stay in Luxury Cruise (B, L, D)

We pick you up at the station at 05:00 am to Hoan Kiem Lake to see morning Taichi and other morning exercise. You check in early in hotel, have a shower, breakfast and are



transferred to Halong Bay through the scenic countryside. Check in one of luxurious Halong bay cruises.

The fantastic, picturesque scenery of 3,000 limestone islands rising from the clear and emerald water and delicious lunch make you lose all sense of time. After 4 hour cruise, anchor for a leisurely swim in a secluded cove and Explore visit one of 400 hidden grottoes beneath towering cliffs. You stay overnight on luxury Halong bay Cruise. You have romantic dinner on board, enjoy night activities and overnight on board.

Day 7: Halong Bay - Ninh Binh (B, L)

You have morning tea and coffee then start your Halong bay tours by cruising to another side of the bay with more limestone mountains. You have brunch on board, enjoy the really great time. You check out and disembark for the lunch. Our guide picks you up at the pier and enjoys the drive through beautiful countryside to Ninh Binh. You check in hotel in Ninh Binh and overnight there.

Day 8: Ninh binh – Hanoi (B, L)

In the morning, you visit Hoa luu, Vietnam's ancient capital surrounded by amazing Karst Mountains with the old temples of the king Dinh Tien Hoang and Le Dai Hanh. After that you enjoy fascinating scenery along the way to Tam Coc, known as Halong Bay on land. Join a rowing sampan to enjoy beautiful view along Ngo Dong River. It runs through 3 caves. You come back to Hanoi to check in hotel and overnight there.

Day 9: Hanoi - Siem Reap (B)

We pick you up at the airport to catch the flight to Siem Reap. You are picked up at airport to the hotel. You relax and overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 10: Discover the hidden beauty of Angkor Wat (B)

You will visit the ancient capital of Angkor Thom (12th century) with the South Gate (with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk), Bayon Temple (unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara), the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King.

In the afternoon, you visit to the most famous of all the temples on the Angkor plain:

Angkor Wat. The temple complex covers 81 hectares and is comparable in size to the Imperial Palace in Beijing. Its distinctive five towers are emblazoned on the Cambodian flag and the 12th century masterpiece is considered by art historians to be the prime



example of classical Khmer art and architecture. You also visit Angkor Wat's five towers symbolize Meru's five peaks, the enclosed wall represents the mountains at the edge of the world and the surrounding moat symbolizes the ocean beyond.Sunset from Phnom Bakheng, one of two hills dominating the plain of Angkor, from where you will have a spectacular view of the Western Baray and Angkor Wat. You overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 11: Unfogettable experience in Siem Reap (B)

You take morning visits to Prasat Kravan (with its unique brick sculptures), Srah Srang ("The Royal Boths" was once used for ritual bathing), Banteay Kdei (surrounded by four concentric walls), Eastern Mebon (guarded at its corner by stone figures of harnessed elephants, some of which are still in a reasonable state of preservation) and the "Mountain Temple" of Pre Rup until sunset.

In the afternoon, you visit the archaeological site and Ta Prohm, one of the most beautiful temples in the area. Ta Prohm has been left relatively untouched since it was discovered and retains much of its mystery. Then, visit Takeo, Thommanon and Chau Say Tevoda temples. You overnight in hotel in Siem Reap.

Day 12: Siem Reap departure (B)

We pick you up at your hotel and transfer to the airport. Tour ends.

Trip Notes: Tour guide: Local tour guide with international experience will give you the feeling of safety, protection. He will cares about every meal you eat, the room in hotel, especially he gives you the concept of how to behave well towards the locals. He also let you know all information about your tourist destination.

Things to bring: When you travel, you had better take sun cream, insect repellent and hat or cap with you. It is easy for you to have flu or cold without careful preparation because the often changes of weather.

Food: Try to get used to the food in different parts of Vietnam as well as of Cambodia, if you have any problem about food, please let tour guide know even before meals, we will change into the food that you prefer.

Currency: US dollars are the best currency to spend in both Vietnam and Cambodia.
