Please note that these guidelines are for team members who are part of a class or program.

• Add Presentation (Case 1): If your program coordinator or instructor has already created the Presentations backchannel Slides 3 – 7

• Add Presentation (Case 2): If your program coordinator or instructor has NOT created the Presentations backchannel Slides 8 – 10

• Give Feedback on Presentation Slides 11 – 15

Add Presentation (Case 1)

If your program coordinator or instructor has already created the Presentations backchannel, follow these next steps:

1. Go to Discovery Narrative

2. Filter Team Presentations

3. Edit/Create Presentation(The presentation links have already been created by the instructor.)

4. Attach Dropbox Link

Add Presentation (Case 2)

If your program coordinator or instructor has NOT created the Presentations backchannel and you are required to make a presentation link yourself, here are the steps for you:

1. Under Add Button, Click Team Presentation

2. Edit/Create Presentation

Give Feedback on Presentation

On the day of presentations, you will be giving feedback to the other teams. Here are the steps of how to do so:

1. Click on PresentationsNOTE: This opens up a new window.

NOTE: This will open up a new window.

2. Choose specific presentation

3. Give feedback

3. Edit feedback
