2. The benefits of the Loyalty Program apply only to direct reservations trough our Reservation Team, Reception or Thra-cian Cliffs online reservation system and are not applicable to third-party (tour agents, tour operaotrs) reservations;
3. Loyalty Program Membership is personalized customer care service and only a Member can claim the benefits;
4. Loyalty Program benefits are also valid for Loyalty Program Members’ family members;
5. The accommodation discounts are not applicable to group reservations and apply only to the Member’s residence;
6. If a Loyalty Program Member does not reach the minimum required stay during the year, he / she switches to a lower Membership level during the next year;
7. If a Loyalty Program Member has 0 days stay for 2 consecu-tive years, his / her Membership expires;
8. Discounts are not applicable on special offers & packages or already discounted accommodation packages; Not valid on special/theme and/or holiday menus; 9. Changes may apply to the Loyalty Program in order to opti-mize customer care and Members’ experience at Thracian Cliffs.
