SUMMER CHECK OUT POLICY
The Parent Resource Center will be closed during the month of July
The Parent Resource Center Staff thanks you for continuing to use the resources from the
Parent Resource Center to enhance your child’s learning throughout the summer. Please
consider this as an opportunity for your children to practice their skills in the area of taking
responsibility for items that are borrowed.
Summer check out will be limited to 3 games per family & 8 books per child.
Encourage your children to put away all games/resources when they are not being
used.
Keep all game pieces in the appropriate boxes. Games that are missing pieces are
not able to be used by other families and are very expensive for the Parent Resource
Center to replace.
Families returning damaged items or games missing pieces, will be provided
information regarding replacing those items.
Items may be returned to any Spotsylvania County School throughout the summer
during office hours. Please place the items in the bag provided by the PRC with the
label placed on the outside or any bag and write “Parent Resource Center” on the
bag.
Should you move from the area this summer, please remember to return the
materials before leaving Spotsylvania County.
Please return materials and resources by September 29, 2017
The Parent Resource Center will be closed during the month of July and will reopen on
August 1st.
Have a wonderful summer!

El personal del Centro de Recursos para Padres les agradece por continuar con el uso de
