The exams and training course curriculum have been redesigned for:

Implementing Cisco Wireless Network Fundamentals (WIFUND)

This document provides a summary of the key topics that are covered in this new exam.

WIFUND 200-355 (replaces IUWNE 640-722) For candidates who currently have a valid CCENT certification (ICND1) and would like to pursue a Cisco Certified Network Associate Wireless (CCNA Wireless) certification using the WIFUND exam, outlined below are the key topics* added to the exam and training curriculum. *Refer to the WIFUND exam blueprint for a complete list of topics. Key Topics Added to the WIFUND Exam & Training:

• Expanded understanding of RF theory, RF mathematics and antenna characteristics

• Added focus on 802.11ac access points, controllers, and wireless standards

• Improvements to wireless access security including Web Authentication method

• Includes new wireless architectures for Unified Access and Cloud Managed

• Client mobility topics now include centralized and converged options

• Expanded design topics to include predictive analysis along with pre and post deployment site surveys

• Enhancements to controller based monitoring and new applications for troubleshooting

• Wireless network management options include Cisco Prime Infrastructure and Identity Services Engine
