THE ‘BLOSSOM’ LAMP SHADEBRIEF OUTLINE

The ‘Blossom’ lamp shade is inspired from the shape of the flower and its blossom process.The frame is constructed of steel wire enables the whole shape of this lamp shade to be folded or unfolded, adjusting its openness. Lining and outer layer are joined together by hand sewing. The outer layer is generated from layers of sewing triangle fabric pieces. This sewing technique aims to achieve the best look for all the joints and turn them into a part of the design, instead of gluing.
