HERE'S THE RUNDOWN FOR APRIL 20TH:
1. WEAR YOUR KONY2012 SHIRT ALL DAY. (MAKE ONE IF YOU DON'T HAVE ONE)
2. DROP OFF YOUR ADVOCACY LETTERS IN THE MAIL.
3. AFTER WORK, SCHOOL, OR WHATEVER IT IS YOU DO ALL DAY, MEET UP WITH YOUR TEAM AND DO THREE HOURS OF LOCAL SERVICE.
4. WHEN THE SUN GOES DOWN, IT’S TIME TO HIT THE STREETS AND EXECUTE YOUR TEAM’S PLAN TO SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT BRINGING AN END TO LRA VIOLENCE. KEEP IT LEGAL AND GO HUGE - THAT’S YOUR CHALLENGE.
HIT THE STREETS
HANGING up posters is fun, but that’s not gonna take all night. You have between now and the 20th to plan an epic evening. You can do one big thing, or lots of littles. We’re talkin’ big murals, crop circles, window displays, sky-writing. But listen, you don’t have to be a famous artist or have major connections. Do what you can where you live. The key is: get permission and go as big as you can. We want to make friends, not enemies. The point is to get everyone on board.
