KILN & RAW MILL REVAMPING
The optimum solution can be selected among:
• Revamping of existing ESP
• Transformation of ESP into bag filter
• Transformation of ESP into hybrid filter
Kilns can be either a 3 fan system or a 2 fan system.
Process temperature to BF can be designed as:
• “low” - 120 °C acrylic bags
• “medium” - 170 °C Ryton bags
• “high” - 240 °C fibreglass bags with PTFE membrane
