Pajtim RushitiIS End User Device Manager
At some point, we’ve all encountered problems with
emails not working or our smartphones crashing.
Generally speaking, it’s not much more than a minor
inconvenience. But when doctors and nurses have
their communication devices go down, there’s nothing
minor about it. It could mean the delay of receiving
important patient updates from other physicians
or time-sensitive lab results needed to determine
an accurate diagnosis. That’s where Pajtim Rushiti
comes in. As an Information Services End User
Device Supervisor, he and his team keep things like
tablets, smartphones, and computers connected and
running properly. Over the years, they’ve deployed
nearly 17,000 devices to 70 locations and three
hospitals. That’s a lot of vital communications
technology to maintain – a challenge Pajtim and his
team are more than ready to handle. Thanks, Pajtim.
