Main Street Monday!

Applicants should submit a current resume, a letter of interest that includes a statement of philosophy of main street programs, and contact information for three references with personal knowledge of current and past employment performance to [email protected]. Well-maintained sidewalks keep your residents safe by reducing costly trips and falls.
We will illustrate various sidewalk maintenance programs, show proposals and mapping examples for multi-year maintenance projects for Kentucky cities, and illustrate budget-conscious techniques for sidewalk repair. We’ll talk about the common types of hazards/repairs and maintenance items that affect those with disabilities, as well as the ADA guidelines for maintenance
and repair of sidewalk infrastructure.
REGISTRATION IS FREE AND LUNCH IS PROVIDED. Presenters: Jessica Spriggs and Shayne Lingg

in Main Street. Here is an opportunity for you and
your city officials to learn more about how to make
them safe with budget friendly techniques. This is a
free workshop, but Registration is required.

Check out these colorful bikes! Cynthiana Main Street partnered with Tammy Scott to bring this awesome project to downtown. Currently there are 10 painted bicycles around town. Flowers will be added by the Harrison County Garden Club. If you have
an old bike laying around we would love to have more around town.

It turned into a beautiful day for the #beercheesefestival! We had 13 pro beer cheese competitors, 150 Ky Proud, Arts & Crafts, and food vendors, kid activities and more! This Main Street Winchester award winning fund raiser was a huge success!
