ThrivingOur Community Life Department is Thriving! Meet our new Community Life

Director, Melissa Goodnow. Melissa has been in a few different positions at

The Fountain's since joining the St. Pete team in 2009, after moving within

the company from Illinois. Her role will primarily be over Community Life

for Assisted Living, but her focus is on building the relationships within the

whole community, where both residents and associates will continue to

thrive. She is the mother of two very outgoing young children, an animal

lover and a human rights advocate, but is not one to take herself too

seriously. Her hobbies include planning & attending community outreach

events, volunteer work, photography, dancing, comics, learning new holistic

approaches to wellness and is always open to trying new things!
