Uses of Math
• Animators need to find unknows in simple equations
• Knowledge of geometry allows move and change
• Linear Algebra is used to move and rotate basically all major actions in animation
• FUN FACT!• An animator averages
about 100 frames per week…that’s about 4 seconds of screen time :O
Technology
• There is software that helps with animations but there is also much more to it
• This article talked about NOT relying on technology to do all of the work there’s a lot of art involved even when a computer is used
Science
• It is used if forensic science!
• It recreates eyewitness accounts to help in crimes
• There can be a duplication of the crime scene. With animation the point of view can be changed to overhead view which can provide better appreciation of the crime scence.
