The treadmill’s been assembled and tested at the factory, so you should not have any prob-lem putting all the parts together. Components
are designed to fit together, and only basic tools are required for the assembly process. Inside the box you will find a tool pack (Allen key, screwdriver, nuts and bolts) which will make easy-peasy to assemble the treadmill. All you need to do is add the console unit to a running deck by a pair of frames.
Follow this easy steps:
1. Screw the running deck to the U-type frame. Use the 4 arc washers and the 4 screw caps.
2. Connect the wire from the console and the handrail through the plastic clip provided, then push the excess wire into the handrail frame. DO NOT squeeze the wire.
3. Screw the handrail to the upper end of the vertical frame bar. Use the 4 black Allen head bolts and 4 arc washers. If you cannot screw it, try to move the handle a little bit until you find the right angle.
4. Rotate the console carefully by holding the handrail frame by the place where is con-nected to the console until it is in a straight position and tighten.
5. Install the hydraulic cylinder using the cylinder screws, flat washers and locking nuts. First screw the hydraulic cylinder bottom to the U-type frame. Second screw the hydraulic cylinder top to the running deck, for that you may need to push the treadmill up a little bit until it is lined up.
6. Install the tray using the tapping screws.7. Insert the safety key.8. Adjust the pad of U-type frame and keep the
treadmill in a horizontal position.9. Level the treadmill.10. Set up a normal incline. 11. Plug the treadmill into the wall outlet and start
enjoying the exercise!
