Andrology is the medical speciality that deals with male health, particularly relating to the problems of the male reproductive system and urological problems. The journal publishes significant new findings of basic and clinical research on male reproductive system.
Andrology-Open Access is the study of male health, especially male sexual organs and reproduction. Andrology-Open Access is an international, peer-reviewed journal publishing an overview of human research on male reproductive system, male urology and male infertility.

The Journal elaborates the study of the development of andrology from its beginning to the present time from a historical point of view.
