Prismatic commenced operations in 1994 at Bangalore, India and has consistently grown at
25~40% annually ever since. With a reputation for excellent systems, design, product quality
and reliability, Prismatic is a respected manufacturer with over 350 satisfied customers in
India and overseas. In fulfilling its vision of growth and customer satisfaction, Prismatic set
up an additional manufacturing facility at Parwanoo, Himachal Pradesh in 2006. The
company also moved into a new 10,000 sq ft facility at Bangalore in 2007.
Prismatic specializes in manufacturing a wide variety of products in small and medium
volumes, with systems and quality levels that are generally found only with the larger
manufacturers.
As a result, the product range encompasses ferrite core based Switching Power transformers,
custom Inductors, Linear Transformers, Current Transformers and a range of accessory
magnetic components such as Common Mode Chokes, Input & DC output Filter Chokes in rod,
drum & toroidal geometries. The lamination core range covers mains frequency step down
transformers for Linear Power Supplies, Voltage Stabilizers, Inverters, etc.
Prismatic's quality management system is ISO 9001:2008 certified by TUV Nord, and its
team is well versed with the requirements of various regulatory requirements such as UL,
VDE, etc. Many products are approved for use in certified end products, for which systems &
processes are in place to address Product Construction, Traceability of raw materials and
Testing. Prismatic was amongst the first Indian transformer manufacturers to ship RoHS
compliant products, well before it became a customer requirement.
Prismatic supports its customers with quick prototyping, enabling them to get their products
up and running in the shortest possible time. An excellent design team actively interacts with
the customer to transform specifications into great products at optimum cost and reliability.
An experienced, dynamic management team and a production team of around 200 highly
motivated and skilled personnel ensures reliable mass production and on-time delivery. The
team is supported with up to date production equipment with automation wherever possible
and sophisticated test equipment to ensure that products comply with exacting quality
standards.
Prismatic's customer list includes reputed organizations such as ABB, Elster Metering,
Essae Teraoka, L&T, GE Medical Systems, Eureka Forbes Ltd., Hitachi Home Life, Matrix
Telecom, Tejas Networks, BPL Sanyo, Jabil Circuits, Solectron Centum and Selec Controls.
