A former member of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) who
participated in discussions which led to the OECD anti-corruption Convention, Philippe Montigny has
20 years of experience in the field of corruption prevention and designed the first anti-corruption
certification standard in 2006.
He was a co-drafter of the ISO 19600 and ISO 37001 and ISO liaison officer between the two standards.
Barbara Neiger, PhD, Managing Partner, International Anti-Corruption Resource Group (IACRG)
Barbara Neiger contributed as a compliance and management specialist of the Austrian delegation to
the development of the ISO 19600 and the ISO 37001. As an independent consultant she provides
training and advises on the establishment, maintenance and continuous improvement of compliance
management systems. Prior to her current work, she served in executive positions with international
finance groups in the banking sector of the CEE region for over 20 years.
Claire Tetart, Certification Co-ordinator, ETHIC Intelligence
A financial crime specialist, possessing university diplomas from Luxembourg, England, Ireland and France, Claire worked in compliance for a major telecom company before joining ETHIC Intelligence, where she now coordinates certification audits.
