Press
“Show
Options”.
You will
see
expanded
options
Choose
Currency.
Enter
Discount
(if any).
Enter
date:
date is defaulted
on the day
the Invoice
was
created.
Public has a
“Yes” or
No”choices
which means
invoice could
be viewed or
kept private.
Slot for
Allow paypal
has a “Yes”
or
No”choices.
Choose if
this is a
recurring
Invoice
Click
on “Save
Changes”.
You will
be led
to this
page.
Enter
Item.
Enter
Time and
Quantity.
Enter
Cost.
Click
the
“+”
sign to
Add
Item.
Once done,
you can
send
the
invoice
to
client.
Congratulations!
You have just created
your first Invoice and
successfully sent it.
