PART I – A/C REPLACEMENT FOR COMMUNITY CENTER
1.1 Remove and dispose and replace all existing equipment to be hauled off site. Existing equipment includes:
1.1.1 (1) 15 Ton Cooling System, Including, condenser, coil,furnace.
1.1.2 (1) 10 Ton Cooling System, including, condenser, coil,furnace.
1.1.3 (1) 4 ton Cooling System, including, condenser, coil, furnace.
1.2 Re-Charge System with Freon 1.3 Check System for Proper Operation 1.4 Price to include startup of all equipment 1.5 Labor listed separately 1.6 12- month Warranty on parts and labor1.7 Materials, equipment, fittings, pans, material hoisting, welding, fees, and
permits included, tax exempt

3.1.1 Remove & Replace (1) two-ton condensing unit 3.1.2 Remove & Replace (1) two-ton evaporator coil leaking
refrigerant 3.1.3 Re-charge system with Freon 3.1.4 Check system for proper operation 3.1.5 Labor listed separately 3.1.6 12 – month Warranty on parts and labor 3.1.7 Materials, equipment, fittings, pans, material crane/hoisting,

General Information
4.1.1 Humidistat – Energy Star Rated Bacnet System 4.1.2 Install Dryers on every unit 4.1.3 Sight Glass on every unit 4.1.4 All units must be 4 inches off the lowest point 4.1.5 All units are gas furnaces 4.1.6 Vendor must Stage One building at a time with a 72 hour to
complete each unit 4.1.7 Label each thermostat and Unit with permanent labels 4.1.8 City of Houston Permits Required 4.1.9 City of Houston Inspections Required 4.1.10 Material and Labor cost must be separated in estimate.
