ProcedureWhole Class Focus

- 1 positive thing about the weekend

- Song of the day (Lauren)

- Recap of what was learnt last week

- Further explore elements of stress and ways to beat it

- Introduce the concept of ‘presentness’

- Engage in meditation (Introduce Body scanning)
