Levertexacrylic resinquality andpricinghasobviousadvantages to large inkmanufacturers. Eventhose thatmaymake their own aqueous emulsion resinwill be unable tomatch the quality andperformanceofKeningtechnologyforhigh-endproductsforwhichtheycanstillrelyonLevertex.

Levertexsolidacrylicresincanwithstandthepressureandshearingforceofhigh-speedgrinding.Ithasgoodaffinitywiththepigmentandisahighlyeffectivewettingagentandabrasive.Ithelpsthepigment dispersion and coloration. This solid acrylic resin also has a great advantage on colourfastnessandprintability.

Levertex waterborne acrylic emulsion has good transparency and good viscosity stability. Whenvarnish is remixed with it, it has high gloss, good adhesion, abrasion resistance and goodcompatibilitywithotherproducts.Whenanaqueous is remixedwith it, it has good compatibility,goodcolourrenderingandhighgloss.Itsmainapplicationisinprintingandvarnishing.

Theapplicationof advanced technologyduring the synthesisof aqueousacrylic emulsion formaninitial synthetic latex particle diameter of approximately 10nm.We use the best emulsifier ratioduring thenextcontinuouslydroppingprocess, so that theemulsionparticlegrowth isa relativelyslow synthesis. Finally, after curing, an emulsion particle diameter of about 200nm is obtainedwhichhasgoodmechanicalacrylicemulsionandchemicalstability.

Keninghaspioneeredacontinuousbulkpolymerizationprocessforwaterborneacrylicresinyieldingasolidcontent,lowVOC,narrowmolecularweightdistributionandavarietyofperformancecriteriacomparable toBASF resin and superior toHanwha resin,with low energy consumption and highefficiency.
