How I hope to improve your sporting experience! 1. Wellbeing in Sport
• Mentor systems within clubs so that new members feel immersed and important
• Improving the resources and support for our welfare officers
• Training our students to host inclusive Good Lad Initiative sessions
2. Inclusivity and Diversity • Playing a leading role in the University’s
wider campaign against racism • Improving our sport offering for
disabled students 3. Regular contact and transparency with students with updates on my
progress and our wider sporting aims
