Lawson Smart Office Mashup Designer The Lawson Smart Office/Mashup Designer course will cover the latest features and functions for Lawson’s Leading Technology tool: Lawson Smart Office. It will also introduce the attendee to the features and functions available with Lawson’s Mashup Designer. Lawson Mashup Designer is a tool to compose pieces of Lawson applications and other information into one screen– a Mashup screen. It is a point and click tool for creating composite applications that combine forms, lists, visualizations, and data from different sources without programming. The Mashups are based on the XAML standard and are deployed in to the Lawson Smart Office.

Using Lawson Design Studio/Java script This course presents the Design Studio tool, a browser-based drag-and-drop graphical development environment used to customize or enhance Lawson applications. Using the Lawson Design Studio, 9.0 vLab introduces the three components of this tool. They are the Wizard Designer, the UI Designer (User Interface) and the Portal Page Designer. Learners will complete hands-on exercises using all 3 components as well as using JavaScripting to enhance the functionality of Lawson forms and Portal Pages. Lawson Business Intelligence Foundations Lawson Business Intelligence Foundations, 9.0 enables learners to develop solutions to Operational Business Intelligence needs with the core, integrated products of Lawson Business Intelligence. After mastering the steps to publish, burst, and schedule Crystal and Lawson S3 reports with Reporting Services, and after developing some of the most widely used HR/Finance related data-triggered notifications with Smart Notification, this three day course concludes with the building and deployment of role-based dashboards within Framework Services to deliver that content, as well as information from other sources.
