A catalogue of the Books, Maps, &c, possessed by the Institute, should at once be begun, as the prosperous state of your funds ought to encourage a more vigorous action on the part of the Library Committee. These two matters we submit would be best attended to by a librarian or person appointed for the purpose, who would give constant attendance at the Rooms on certain days, and afford any information, to the Members requiring it, touching the position of the Society's property.
