Air- French for in the open air. Sketching or painting outdoors, as
opposed to in a studio 3.Still life- a painting or drawing of
flowers, fruit, or other assorted objects 4.Portrait- a picture of
a person 5.Tight brush stroke- when the brushstrokes on a painting
are not visible, giving the art a polished look 6.Loose brush
stroke- when specific strokes from a brush are visible on a
painting
