In terms of instructions issued by Railway Board. It is proposed to fill up following 09 posTs
TGL PST) of Teachers on contract basis in 5.E.C. Railway Mixed Higher Secondary School Nainpur Tor
Academic year 2021-2022. Eligible candidates having the following qualification, age, experience und
fulfiling other terms and condition may apply for walk in interview through digital mode as per prescrioe
application format Annexure-1 with all relevant certificates/testimonial in Original and self attested copie
of each for empanelling and making engagement purely on Contract basis.

Contract Teachers). Mode of selection/interview will be through digital mode i.e. Google Meet- 2. For interview, date and time will be informed by email/phone. Candidates are requested to give their correct e-mail ID and phone number in their application. Candidates are advised to check their e-mail as well as SECR website for further information.

The interview will be conducted through digital mode i.e Google meet. The date of interview will be informed later on candidates e-mail/phone.
The candidates should be of age between 18 to 65 years on date of notification. The engagement of the teachers is purely on contract basis for the academic session 2021-22
(upto 30.04.2022) only. On availability of permanent teachers from RRB, the services of contractual teachers will be terminated with inmediate effect without assigning any reason or at the end of the

Academic year of 2021-22 (upto 30.04.2022) the contract will be automatically terminated.
Candidates applying for more than one post should submit separate application for each post. 7. Part time contract teacher engaged earlier can be considered as fresh candidates after giving 8.
reasonable period of time between two successive contractual appointments which should be minimum 7 days excluding the period of normal vacation as prescribed in school calendar.
The contract teahers should perform all the jobs related to academic including evaluation work for 9.
which no extra payment will be made. 10. Contract teachers will have no claim or right for appointment on regular basis and will not form part
of the cadre of regular Railway teachers, also they are not entitled for any other facilities of
regular employees. 11. Selected candidates have to undergo a medical fitness examination in C-I by Railway Medical
Authoirty before entering into the contract for their medical fitness. Also they should produce a police verification certificate and Character certificate issued by a gazetted Officer at the time of
joining duty. 12. f the candidates are alredy in employment, they should produce no objection certificate from their
current employer.
Original certificates in support of education/Technical qualification and proof of age are to be produced by the candidates at the time of document verification. 14.

The contract teacher shall not /have any right or-claim for continuity in service or extension of
contract period or regularisation of seryice 15. In the event of any wrong inforPmation/fake certificate/testimonials/diserepancy in the particulars being detected at any stage, the candidature/contract may be terminated summarily without any
notice.
16 The selected candidates will have to execute an agreement with Railway administration for their contractual appointment. The contract teachers are entitled for monthly consolidated remuneration and not entitled for any other perks/facilities. In case of absense from duty on working day pro rata recovery shall be made. Contract teachers are not entitled for vacation pay and for vacation period the remuneration payable is on pro rata basis only.

Candidates should have requisite academic qualification on the date of online interview.Those who are appearing or awaiting results of final examination are not eligible. Academic and Technical Qualification must be from a recognized Institution /Board, otherwise candidature will be rejected. Engagement on Contract basis of the candidates will be subject to their being found suitable and in order of merit by the Selection Committee.
20 The contract teacher appointed for a period less than a month will be paid on pro rata basis only. 21. The decision of this office in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of the applicantions, selection, allotment of post to selected candidates will be final and binding on the candidates and no enquiry or correspondence will be entertained in this connection. 22 This is in terms of Estt. Rule No. 230/07, 123/09, 66/10, 52/12, 219/13,139/14,37/16 &129/18.
